FAQ
How are your pieces made?
All of our pieces are handmade, heirloom-quality flamework and hand-blown glass. We melt rods and tubes of glass using a 2,000+ degree torch, shaping each piece entirely by hand.
Are your pieces one-of-a-kind?
Yes! Every piece is individually handmade, meaning no two are exactly alike. Each one is truly unique.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely — we welcome custom orders! Reach out to us at brent@fullblownglass.com to discuss your vision, and we'll do our best to bring it to life.
Can I request a custom size or color combo?
Yes! Most listings have color and size options built in. If you need something outside those options, message us directly at brent@fullblownglass.com, and we'll set up a custom listing for you.
How long does it take to get my order?
Everything is made to order — production takes 1–2 weeks before it ships. All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and arrive within 2–5 days. You will receive a message with tracking once your order is on its way. Need it faster? Ask about rush processing at checkout.
How are items packaged?
All items arrive in a kraft paper gift box and are carefully packaged with ample bubble wrap to ensure a safe arrival.
How do I care for my glass piece?
Hand washing is recommended for anything with detailed flamework (like our octopus and animal designs) with simple soap and water. Straws and shot glasses are dishwasher safe.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because all items are individually handmade using each customer's own color preferences and are custom-made to order, none of our items are eligible for return or exchange. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at brent@fullblownglass.com. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will make it right.
Why do I have to verify my age?
Federal and state law require age verification for the sale of tobacco accessories. You'll be asked to confirm you're 21+ before accessing this section of the site.
All Andromeda Glass pieces are sold as tobacco accessories for legal use only, in accordance with federal and state law.
